4. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within three to seven business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.
Unbearded Media is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, lost or delayed packages once handed off to the carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of our merchandise, including event-based and limited-run items, all sales are final.
Unbearded Media does not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors made by the customer.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was received. Requests must be submitted within seven days of delivery and must include proof of the issue, such as photos.
If approved, Unbearded Media will issue a replacement or refund at its discretion.
