Due to the nature of our merchandise, including limited-run and event-based items, all sales are final.

Unbearded Media does not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors made by the customer.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item meets one of the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged or defective.
The item received is incorrect.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within seven days of delivery.

Your request must include your order number and clear photo evidence showing the issue.


3. Resolution Process

If your request is approved, Unbearded Media will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, including Stripe or PayPal.


4. Shipping Issues

Unbearded Media is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


5. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, delays caused by shipping carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
